Lesli Lee is passionate about using her interpersonal, consulting, project management, and leadership skills to assist others in realizing their dreams. As a realtor, she prides herself on being knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service, and working tirelessly in her quest to help others with their real estate needs.
Lesli has over 20 years of experience in hospitality. In her Director, Senior and Regional Manager roles at Four Seasons Hotel in Atlanta, GA and Hilton Corporate Office in Memphis, TN Lesli provided guidance on financials and data analysis, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed goals. Lesli draws from her passion to guide others and her educational background with a bachelor’s degree in economics from Spelman College and her MBA in Finance from Clark Atlanta University.
She has diligently supported and mentored youth for over 25 years and is keenly focused on being a resource for career development with the establishment of TLWC Achievement League. Lesli humbly serves her family and the local community and for the last 7 years has been a Tennessee Promise Scholarship / TN Achieves Mentor.
She is the biggest fan of her only daughter, Kalisa Lee, and has been with her husband Matthew Lee, Lead Pastor of Memphis Metro Christian Church for 30 years.
Lesli’s ultimate goal is to be a resource that helps others reach their wildest dreams and highest potential.
